For my stuff, I would write the following in latex:
\category{D.4.6}{Operating Systems}{Security and Protection}[Access Control]
\category{K.6.5}{Management of Computing and Information Systems} {Security and Protection}
This would turn out like:
D.4.6 [Operating Systems]: Security and Protection — Access Control ; K.6.5 [Management of Computing and Information Systems]: Security and Protection
Exact output would depend on which template you use.

But how to know the numbers of a certain category or subject descriptor? e.g., wireless networking or stochastic geometry !!
There are links from
http://www.acm.org/about/class/1998/
that you can use to help you work that out. For example, you can see them all here
http://www.acm.org/about/class/ccs98-html
or use
http://portal.acm.org/ccs.cfm?part=author&coll=portal&dl=GUIDE
and iteratively click areas that sound like they could be related.
Well, that helps. Thanks Dana !
